Every Plushie has been donated to us and is Pre Loved. Some may show small signs of being loved before, but we believe that's part of what makes them so special.
Are the Plushies Cleaned?
Yes. Every Plushie is thoroughly cleaned and carefully restored before being placed up for adoption.
Do all Plushies come with a Story?
Yes! Every Plush Story adoption includes a unique story print out created especially for that Plushie, making each one truly one of a kind.
What comes with my Order?
Every Adoption includes:

- A personalised Plush Story Print out
- Beautiful gift packaging ready to enjoy or give as a present.
Are your Plushies suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Plush Story adoptions make thoughtful gifts for children, collectors, and anyone who believes every cuddly friend deserves another chance to be loved.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
Do you accept returns?
Returns will be accepted if your order arrives damaged however if there are any issues what so ever, Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll do our very best to put things right.
